Accounts and guardian approval
Use accurate details, protect sign-in methods, and use only your assigned role. Guardian approval is required where applicable.
Acceptable use
Do not share paid access, copy protected content, disrupt the service, bypass controls, or upload material without permission.
Purchases and refunds
Exam plans are monthly or annual subscriptions that renew automatically until canceled. The billing frequency and price are shown before payment. After cancellation, access continues through the paid period. Activation codes and one-time upgrades do not renew. Review the refund policy before payment.
Content and availability
Hikavo may correct content, scoring, schedules, or features. Service may be interrupted; confirm official dates and rules with the exam organizer.
Intellectual property
Hikavo software, original content, design, and branding are protected. Access is personal, limited, and non-transferable.
